With over 20 years of experience in the athletics industry, Bobby leads a passionate team dedicated to helping athletes maximize every opportunity — on and off the field. From contract negotiations and endorsement deals to media strategy, branding, and community impact, we provide the tools and relationships our clients need to thrive at every stage of their careers.

Before founding McRae Sports Group, Bobby made his mark at Twenty10 Sports Management Group, Temple University, and later as President of NIL Operations at Rosenhaus Sports Representation. There, he helped pioneer NIL strategy and negotiated millions of dollars in deals for athletes during a groundbreaking shift in college sports.
